We took the car in to this dealer for warranty work. The transmission on our Saturn Outlook totally failed and the car is a 2008 model year. We purchased it from the dealer in Dec. 2008. The repairs should have been covered under a 5 year/100,000 mile power train warranty. The service rep called back and said the warranty expired in Feb 2013 and they would only honor a portion of it. I disagreed and provided the information documenting the powertrain problems starting several months prior but it was like talking to a brick wall. The service rep was totally unprofessional. Furthermore he was trying to lie to the GM complaint team trying to say that the repairs were not covered under bumper to bumper warranty when these are clearly under the powertrain warranty. I caution all of you who are contemplating using this dealership to evaluate other options. Poor customer service and poor quality products which they are not willing to back. I would go somewhere else! More
