I visited the Flemington Cadillac dealership to compare the newly arrived 2013 XTS to my 2007 DTS. I was greated in a friendly manner and received a thorough side by side comparison of the two vehicles as the newly arrived 2013 XTS to my 2007 DTS. I was greated in a friendly manner and received a thorough side by side comparison of the two vehicles as well as a verbal description of the XTS with its new technology. I also received descriptive and technical literature. Upon returning to the dealership several weeks later, the above information was provided to me again and I was invited to take an extensive test drive, which I did. Several weeks later, having finally made the decision to purchase a new XTS, the sales rep and sales manager made every effort to make the purchasing experience a pleasant,friendly,informative and professional one. Having placed the manufacturing order for my new XTS, the very professional sales rep kept me informed as to the expected delivery date and scheduled the earliest day and time for me to pick up the car. At the time I received my new XTS, the sales rep spent over four hours with me including dealing with my insurance company, accompanying me on a test drive, hours in the "cockpit" demonstrating the new control technology and finally driving the XTS behind me as I returned my DTS to my home. Since that day, I have received several follow up calls & emails checking on my satisfaction, answering questions and offering assistance of any kind at any time! I know those offers are genuine and will take advantage of then as necessary. I have purchased new 1998, 2003 and 2007 Deville and DTS Cadillacs and this experience is by far the BEST! More

Immediately after arriving we felt like we met a new friend and our defenses were brought down. We came with our two young kids who did not enjoy the hour plus drive there and were already cranky. Norman made sure the kids were taken care of before getting to business and several of the other employees there made sure the kids had fun. Even thou we travel almost one hour we don't mind the the distance. Service desk personnel are always there with a smile. Our first encounter many years ago was because you advertised on radio WOR. No sales pressure, price quote freely given, and "hope to see you again." Our most recent purchase was through Joe Himelfarb. again, no pressure. He just offered me the keys to take a test.
