Our company traded in a Cadillac Escalade Hybrid to a new 2012 Escalade. We worked with Ed and he did a wonderful job of helping us to do the trade at a very fair price. They offered to drop off and pick up the new vehicle at our office site location making it very convenient for us to sign the papers and finish the transaction. Ed was very helpful dealing with the many people in our office in the transaction process, from informing us of documentation we'd need to simply ensuring us that all our demands were met. Robin helped us with our XM and Onstar subscriptions and made sure that we didn't have any questions regarding that. Overall, they did a wonderful job in ensuring the purchase went as smoothly as possible and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase company vehicles. More

I had been shopping around for a 2012 CTS Coupe for some time. I was originally dealing with another dealership, but I didn't like the way the process was going and the things that were being said by both t time. After almost being pressured into a sale I wasn't comfortable with, I reached out to a few different dealerships via the internet. After some emailing with Robin and Christa I decided I was only going to deal with them because I got the sense that they were being honest and they were not pressuring me at all. What a wonderful experience we had when venturing into the Chevy Dealership after Christmas! We were met with cheerfulness and professionalism when sitting with both Krista and Allison O'Neil. Allison immediately put us at ease when testdriving the Chevy Treverse and allowed us to enjoy the ride. Once we returned back to the dealership, Allison explained all of the features and gave us sound advice in regards to all wheel drive. Once we made the purchase, Allison sat with us in the car for a long period of time giving us the individual attention needed to undertstand the car. She was funny but kind as we went through the Blue Tooth and OnStar features which I told her I would never use. Now that I have been driving the car for a month, I use them daily thanks to Allison's careful instruction! This time at dealership our Sales Consultant was Alison O'Neill. Wow but does this lady have patience! My husband is a DETAIL man and he asked many, many - dare I say many questions about the vehicle & the changes in this new model year. Alison never once got flustered and each of her answers were well presented and accurate. Even on the coldest & windiest day of the year, she happily stayed outside with us (even though I am certain she must have inwardly shivering) while we looked and looked at vehicles! And in the end, we found the perfect one!! Thank you Alison, you are the best. We also worked with Eric Henderson, who is the Finance Manger. He explained all of the different warrantee items that were available to us on the vehicle, and he suggested what he thought would be the best items for us. HOWEVER,.... we did not take all of his advice - THEREFORE - we will be returning to get one of the options he suggested and we turned down. Make it easy on yourself, listen to this man.
