There’s still something wrong with the brakes on my car. I bought a used 2017 Rav4 from this dealer about 2 weeks ago and felt a problem with the brakes as soon as I drove off the lot. I appreciate the deal I bought a used 2017 Rav4 from this dealer about 2 weeks ago and felt a problem with the brakes as soon as I drove off the lot. I appreciate the dealer taking a look at the brakes after I called and asked, but they did nothing to fix the brakes and essentially only took apart the front ones and put them back together. They still pulse when the car attempts to come to a complete stop and they still make noise and while I understand I bought a used car that they don’t want to put any money into, I’m not sure how it passed any sort of safety check. I love the car I bought but feel extremely uneasy about the brakes, which is really dissapointing. I would definitely triple check and ask about their “safety checks” before buying a vehicle. More

Ciocca’s service dept. is excellent. Stopped in without an appointment and they gladly took my truck, hooked it up to their computer and diagnosed the issue within minutes is excellent.
