The sales associate, Jake Levine, was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The delivery of the car was smooth and proceeded without incident. Overall a very pleasant experience. Suggested areas for improvement would be in the business manager's approach to selling upgrades such as extended warranty, rust proofing, etc. The presentation was good but the pricing was not clearly delineated, only a total cost in payment per month, which in our case was $403/month compared to $283/month for 72 months with nothing added (just the cost of the vehicle). That comes out to an extra $8620 over the life of the loan. Obviously we declined any extra coverage as we felt that was excessive. The other area for improvement was in financing where we took the $1000 rebate and got 5.99% interest rate. After investigating with a few credit unions, with our credit score we qualify for 1.49% financing over 72 months so naturally we will be refinancing. I think these are important lessons to learn for the dealership that the consumer has lots of resources to follow-up on. But overall, realizing that we need to be educated consumers, the buying experience was good. More
