When purchasing my new Silverado from Eric, I requested that my inspection and registration stickers were matched, they were not when I received them from the state. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado at Faulkner Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown, PA. I was in the area and happened to stop in to inquire about the 2011 Chevy's and was looking to trade in Faulkner Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown, PA. Ray, one of the sales associates, came out and we discussed what I was looking for as we reviewed the Silverado's on their lot. Although they didn't have the exact specifics of the truck I was looking for, Ray tirelessly looked for two days until he found what I wanted. I was a little apprehensive at first, thinking that this sales associate is going way above the normal expectations one would typically experience when dealing with a car dealership, but after getting to know Ray and Eric the sales manager, I realized that this is their normal level of service. I had never met either of these gentlemen before and I live 100 miles from their dealership, nevertheless, I was given top notch service and was totally pleased with the truck Ray found for me. Joe, Faulkner Coccia's finance associate seamlessly took care of all the paperwork involved and it was a real pleasure working with him along with Ray and Eric. I would definitely return to Faulkner Coccia for future purchases and service and would highly recommend stopping in and talking to these guys if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
