Do NOT let all the positive reviews fool you!! I dealt with Andrew, and despite all his five star reviews, he tries to swindle, fool and deceive you every chance he can get. I immediately informed him tha with Andrew, and despite all his five star reviews, he tries to swindle, fool and deceive you every chance he can get. I immediately informed him that I currently leased a Grand Cherokee (because I’m familiar with all the rebates I qualify for, especially the loyalty rebate) and wouldn’t you know, he never included it in the rebates. When questioned on it (because he refused to give a breakdown of each individual rebate), he played dumb like I never told him about it. Ehhhh...STRIKE 1! Then, after receiving the worksheet (which they do not provide you unless you specifically ask for), I noticed that the residual value and money factors were oh so conveniently not included. I do all my homework prior to contacting a dealership so I know EXACTLY what I’m looking to pay for the vehicle. And thankfully I did because Andrew was quick to tell me these values were already included in the worksheet he provided...WRONG—STRIKE 2! And for the third and paramount reason I’m advising you to stay FAR, FAR away from this Andrew character...I wanted a specific vehicle and he advised me it “wasn’t a problem”, that he “can get it” and he will contact me to work on pricing. Well he contacts me and we proceed to go back and forth all day discussing the above two strikes. After he gives me his best price and I inform him that I received two better prices, he decides to tell me NOW that if he had the vehicle he’d be able to give me a better price! EXCUSE ME?!? Why, oh why, did I go back and forth with you ALL DAY discussing prices when YOU DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE?? I’ll tell you why, if you haven’t figured it out already...he couldn’t pull one over on me and get the high price he wanted on the vehicle soooooo he’s certainly not going to go out of his way to “trade” a vehicle off his lot for the vehicle I wanted from another dealership! Nice try Andrew...you may have fooled many a unsuspecting customers with your tricks of the trade, but you’re NOT going to pull a quick one over on me. So, if anyone reads this prior to dealing with Andrew, I suggest you do your homework because if he did it to me, he will certainly try to do it again to you! STRIKE 3...you’re out Andrew! More
