I often know exactly what car I want and he is available and responsive via email which is a great thing for me. We handle a lot of the initial conversation remotely and then I come in for final negotiations and perhaps a test drive. I've never felt any sales pressure there which is good because that would not be a style I'd want at a dealer. Once the deal is made and you're handed over to the finance person, there is no pressure to upsell. Yes they offer and mention add-ons but a simple (and single) "no" takes care of it. I can say this is not always the case at other dealers (even in the Flemington family). Basically everything is as expected and there are no surprises. More
