Less than a hour, Maylen from the internet sales team called me, answered all the questions I had on the spot so I decided to go check it out. Our sales rep was Eddie Vann and Sale manager was John. Of course, I negotiated with them, the negotiation were friendly and they were very patient. They understood my budget and work with it. It’s not exactly what I asked for but close enough! They did what they can and I appreciated! The financial manager was very nice too, he was not pushy at all about the programs that he recommended. They all explained everything in details, Very transparent! They followed up with me a week after to make sure I understand all the feature of the vehicle. Still tells me that they are here to help if I need anything. Great customer service!! I am glad that I drove an extra hour to this dealership! The drive was worth it!! I will definitely come back to this dealership and recommend everyone I know!!
