The salesperson, at the other dealership, that I had been working with had such a lack of knowledge I was amazed and completely turned off. After Steve had quickly and professionally answered my questions on the phone that night, I decided that I was going to order a Jeep from him. He said, "let me do a quick inventory search" to see what he could find, and he found one that had 100% of the options I was going to order from the factory. Then my plan changed---I decided to surprise my bride instead of making her wait 8 long weeks. My next goal was to come in, give a quick test drive to confirm my perceptions, and leave with the vehicle that day and surprise her before she arrived home from her trip. Mission Accomplished.
