My Grand Cherokee drives worse now than it did when I bought it in for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. Initially my complaint when bringing it in was noise from the righ bought it in for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. Initially my complaint when bringing it in was noise from the right front tire and the truck pulling. The truck is pulling all over the road more than before, tires are noisier than before. I asked if it needed an alignment and was told no. I also had a complaint of the air conditioning blowing warm air at times, was told that it was not but upon leaving the dealer it’s all the system put out. If that wasn’t enough I told them the brakes were also vibrating at highway speeds and was told rotors were Warped and need to be replaced but they were just replaced approx 10k miles ago and offered no solution other than paying for new ones when they weren’t even that old. I’ll never come back here again, they take no responsibility for the poor work they perform on cars. Now my car needs to have the terrible services redone at my cost. Very very unhappy. More
