Even while attending to 3 other customers at the same time, George was responsive to my emails. He was creative in answering all my concerns and doubts about Chrysler and Chrysler dealerships, creating a path for someone who was going to buy a Honda Odyssey to purchase a Pacifica instead. The delivery process was a joy too. George clearly knew his product and went the extra mile to make sure I could come in and take delivery of my car in rapid time. Truly amazing care and attention to detail. I can scarcely imagine how many cars George would sell with this type or service and creativity in deal-making if he was representing a stronger make, like Honda or Toyota. In many ways it seems he is personally carrying Chrysler and his flemington dealership as George's effort and service are in contrast to the run-down physical appearance of the dealership and the challenging state of most of Chrysler's product except the Pacifica.
