1st class ALL the way! I met Russ Kizima when he was the service manager @ another location and helped w my Jeep. When it was time for service again, and I realized he wa I met Russ Kizima when he was the service manager @ another location and helped w my Jeep. When it was time for service again, and I realized he was no longer at that location, I did a search on social media and was lucky enough to find him in Flemington, New Jersey. I knew if I wanted amazing service, customer satisfaction, experience, and best overall service on my Jeep , I needed to stick by his side. He was KIND enough to help me out when I was in a bind before a long distance trip and get my Jeep in for service on a Saturday. I thought it was fantastic that this location offered a video of the mechanic going over exactly what he found, what would be done , before giving the OK. Most of the work was completed. One part was ordered that’s under warranty. I know when Russ has the time and is able, he will reach out and the rest of the work will be completed . We all know finding someone that you trust is a rare thing - especially when it comes to a mechanic/location. Thank you Russ once again. More

Had an appointment for an oil change. 45 mins after the appointment time my car still wasn't taken back for service. I would of been there at least another 30-40 mins once the car was b 45 mins after the appointment time my car still wasn't taken back for service. I ended up leaving and wasting two hours of my time. Very disappointed. More

The dealership staff was great- Ali was kind and very attentive. Only issue was being told by the online lead team that a car was on the lot when it wasn’t there yet.. just be sure to double check the in attentive.
