We met with our Salesman, Louis Avitabile "Lou", simply got a great deal and with the assistance of Business Manager, Kevin Hayden, deal completed at 1:15 PM.I then asked Lou Avitabile for a special favor, I asked "will you ask service to put my new car up on the lift?" for a look see, Lou said certainly. Service, fairly busy on saturday with people taking advantage of convenient service hours with a very helpful service manager named George,pulled the very low slung SRT Charger in immediately and Master Teck Mike,. super knowledgeable, took his own personal time to answer all of my questions.This company,because of all of these professionals get a" BIG TWO THUMS UP". Disappointed in customer service We found a truck online, called to make sure it was available. She called me back and confirmed. We arrived at 6:30 for our appointment we were told the truck was sent out that morning for service! Although that's upsetting on it's own the sales manager made no attempt to find out what we were looking for to offer another vehicle in its place. They simply said I'm sorry and walked us to the door!! Being in sales myself providing excellent customer service I can't stress the frustration I feel at the moment! I normally don't leave reviews however I feel as though I must warn future travelers of my experience. As I just wasted 3 hours of my evening traveling !!! More
