The negotiation process was a complete JOKE - the dealership was rude, arrogant, and refused to work with us at all - was basically like this is it - no discussions ! We took the car that evening - upon getting home noticed a chip in the windshield called them to tell them about it and of course they will not take ownership to that either - apparently they also have night vision !
