After agreeing to a purchase price, Michael Sarullo refused to allow to me to bring my own outside financing, forcing the use of one of his non-competitive programs. This condition was not disclosed up front and was a surprise they revealed only once in the F&I office. I found Mr Sarullo to be generally disinterested in my business, unprofessional and deceptive. He is the negative dealership type that is driving customers to Tesla and online ordering. Mr Sarullo can be assured, while I may have been a customer of this dealership before, I will do business with them no longer. More
