The service department has been outstanding. I've had new wheels and tires mounted, an oil change and just recently had them install the Mopar off road kit. They have gone above and beyond having a loan new wheels and tires mounted, an oil change and just recently had them install the Mopar off road kit. They have gone above and beyond having a loaner vehicle ready for me and also adjusted my exhaust tips which sat a bit lower than spec. They also fixed the factory seal on the Ram Air intake I installed which was a slight manufacturing defect. This is the best service experience I have ever had and my wife and I get 2 new cars every 3 years for the last 25 years...including Lexus, BMW, Infinity, Toyota and Nissan. So far the Ram is our favorite vehicle and my wife likes it better than her Lexus RX350. I know when I bring my Ram in for service it will be taken care of like I would take care of it and that makes a huge difference to me.
