Feel that they withheld information about the vehicle in terms of the damage it had sustained. Had we not questioned the words “bed side damage” on your service history report, we would not have known about terms of the damage it had sustained. We were only given the body shop report after questioning the “damage” as your service report listed cost to repair as zero. The damage was also not in the car fax report. We feel this was an attempt to hide the damage. It was then obvious as to why this vehicle was a few thousand dollars less than the exact same vehicle with more miles. We have NO issues with Ali, but feel that the dealership management is not trustworthy. More
