The salesperson, at the other dealership, that I had been working with had such a lack of knowledge I was amazed and completely turned off. After Steve had quickly and professionally answered my questions on the phone that night, I decided that I was going to order a Jeep from him. He said, "let me do a quick inventory search" to see what he could find, and he found one that had 100% of the options I was going to order from the factory. Then my plan changed---I decided to surprise my bride instead of making her wait 8 long weeks. My next goal was to come in, give a quick test drive to confirm my perceptions, and leave with the vehicle that day and surprise her before she arrived home from her trip. Mission Accomplished. Less than a hour, Maylen from the internet sales team called me, answered all the questions I had on the spot so I decided to go check it out. Our sales rep was Eddie Vann and Sale manager was John. Of course, I negotiated with them, the negotiation were friendly and they were very patient. They understood my budget and work with it. It’s not exactly what I asked for but close enough! They did what they can and I appreciated! The financial manager was very nice too, he was not pushy at all about the programs that he recommended. They all explained everything in details, Very transparent! They followed up with me a week after to make sure I understand all the feature of the vehicle. Still tells me that they are here to help if I need anything. Great customer service!! I am glad that I drove an extra hour to this dealership! The drive was worth it!! I will definitely come back to this dealership and recommend everyone I know!!
