I scheduled an appointment, my car was paid for so no added work there, I had picked out the car I wanted on line & didnt even get offered a test drive, yet it still took over 3 hours before I got off the lot with my new car. This is why there are services like carvana who I almost used. Dealers need to process this better. My salesperson was inexperienced & didnt know how to move the process along very quickly. Other than that Courtney was lovely & I got what I wanted - no major reviews here. More

Cortney and Andrew made me comfortable that I was getting a great price (and I really shopped around), exactly what I wanted in a new car, and a truly hassle free experience. Cortney worked to find me the car I wanted and kept me up to date on where everything was in the process--this was so helpful for me since I was so far away. When I arrived at the dealer after a couple of hours long car ride, I was so excited to see my car all new and shiny sitting in front of the doors and Andrew had everything ready for me.
