Fast and painless If you enter a dealership and the staff are running Nonstop, it’s a good sign. The way to buy a car I thought the way the sale was handled was superb. We were greeted by General Manager Bill Tompkins who was so friendly and made sure that through the whole process we were taken care of properly, he checked in with us we went through the whole car experience to insure we where taken care of. Our salesman Frank Krohel is excellent - he is friendly, knowledgeable and was able to fit us with the right vehicle. Kevin Hayden was excellent as well he handled the final paperwork made it simple explained everything and made the whole process quick and painless. I want to thank everyone at Flemington Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend them and purchase again there. More

Purchase of Grand Cherokee Ok, this is going to be a difficult one to write, but for good reasons. I had met Eder back in February of 2018 when I traded in my Jeep JK Wrangler t Ok, this is going to be a difficult one to write, but for good reasons. I had met Eder back in February of 2018 when I traded in my Jeep JK Wrangler to order a new Jeep Rubicon JL Wrangler. That experience was absolutely awesome! To make a long story short I was in a position that my health was declining and once again just getting out of the hospital. I wanted to something extra special for my fiancé `who has been along side me through out my nightmare. I call Eder and asked him about what he has in the way of low mileage Grand Cherokee Overland`s, At the time they had two CPO`s. I discussed the details of the vehicle with him in great detail, sounded great but I had to trade in my Grand Cherokee towards it. He had offered to pick up my Jeep and get the trade in value of it, which I knew what it worth from doing my research and seeing what similar ones were selling for. After discussing the financial details, I agreed to buy it sight unseen, Basically letting a sales man pick out a vehicle for me, and me agreeing to buy it. But I had already had developed a relationship with Eder from my other purchase of the Jeep Wrangler, and if the Grand Cherokee was not what I expected, I could decline the purchase and get my trade in back. Once again due to my health he had to come to my house with the Grand Cherokee and needless to say it was everything he said it was and more. You might think I`m crazy for letting someone else pick out a vehicle for me but after buying the other Jeep he became more of a friend then a salesman and he is welcome in my home at anytime. We took care of all the paperwork and he had arranged for a ride home. Needless to say when my fiancé` had seen the Jeep in the driveway I told her it was a loaner while hers was getting serviced. That secret did not last long after she had seen the paperwork on my desk. She was beyond elated and didn't know how I was able to do all of this while being in the hospital and just being released. Eder was not only able to help me out while being in a bad situation, he was responsible for making my fiancé` absolutely ecstatic, she still smiles when she see`s it. Bill Tompkins gave me a great price on the Ram and was given an excellent trade in value for my old truck by Ken Orlando. Medhat Aziz worked with me on the financing and was able to get me a really good rate as well as explained to me the warranties that I could purchase with the vehicle. Super friendly and Professional staff I had been looking for a Grand Cherokee since last 2 months, the dealer in my areas never returned calls on time and were not professional in dealing I had been looking for a Grand Cherokee since last 2 months, the dealer in my areas never returned calls on time and were not professional in dealing with. Then i drove the extra mile to Flemington Jeep, which is about 25 miles away from my house. The reception is nice and friendly, they assigned Eric S. to deal with me, he is the Sales Manager, he is a very nice person and had excellent knowledge of cars and all kinds of stuff. The car was delivered by George V, he was very thorough in showing us the car's features. Overall this is a nice dealership. i have bought 8 brand new cars in last 2 years from several dealers and this was the best of them. I will always come back for more business with them. More
