The deal we finally made was one that we could manage. Although the wait to close the deal was long, (as it often can be) the manager made up for it by sending us to lunch on his dime! BEWARE: Dealer sells vehicles without spare tires to save $ Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The sales and delivery process was not followed according to corporate customer service. They claimed a paper was signed, but were unable to provide proof of that. Also never told about roadside assistance benefit. The General Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. This was a safety issue. GM said that they do not need to inform us if it is not included in the car. Found out the hard way. If a salesperson made a mistake, they should own up to it. If this was done properly, we would have been informed and made to sign a paper to acknowledge that we were told. More
