Once I had decided upon a Dodge Durango it was an easy choice to return to Flemington as I had a good experience there 3 years ago with my Cherokee. My "old" salesman was busy with another customer so I found a salesperson to show me some models on the lot and set up a test drive. Once he realized that I had Lou previously he let Lou know of my interest. I had to leave for home at that point but then Lou contact me via email and helped guide me through the initial pricing process and we ultimately agreed that we had to order the specific configuration I needed. I was told 6-8 weeks but the car arrived around 4 week later and Lou kept me up to date as it progressed in that time. We agreed on a delivery time/day and the transaction was handled quickly. Lou showed me the new features on the car compared to my Cherokee and once the Finance person, Kevin, was available I signed a few papers and that was it. I had told my son to expect all kinds of "upselling" in the finance office but there was none- just a question about adding ding/dent coverage but it was more confirmation that I didn't want it. We shook hands, grabbed the new keys and that was it. Easy. More

Excellent RAM 1500 Purchase I went to purchase an in stock RAM 1500. I called to let them know I wanted to test drive and when I got there, the truck was ready to go. The salesperson, John Freudenberger, was extremely helpful and courteous and didn't play any games. I told him what I wanted and he complied with no sales tactics or pressure applied. When I went met with Financing, I told them immediately that I was not interested in any additional warranties, gap insurance, etc. He has a process to follow and I understood that, so I answered his few basic questions that he entered into their system that generates any recommended additional coverage. It was very painless and there was no pushback when I said I didn't want anything. This was my 3rd vehicle I purchased from the Flemington group (Mazda Tribute, Audi Q5 and RAM 1500). The group as a whole has been very good, but my latest purchase was the best I had ever experienced (I've bought 10 new vehicles at various dealers). I highly recommend purchasing from this organization and John Freudenberger if you are looking at RAM trucks. More

We looked around for a long time to find what we wanted and not only got a great deal (way more features that we thought we would be able to afford and MUCH better price than anywhere else) but the whole experience was so much more pleasant than anywhere else we have ever gone. Our salesman, Eder Gonzalez, was very knowledgeable and a great man to work with. We never felt pressured at any point in the process and he answered all our questions and then some. Our new Ram has everything we wanted and then some. We also asked them to install the trailer brake controller and they were able to have it done and read for us to pick up the truck that day.
