My experience was pleasant, with zero pressure to purchase. Intitially I was not interested in leasing a new vehicle, I was brought to this dealership because it offered a pre-owned vehicle which was desirable Intitially I was not interested in leasing a new vehicle, I was brought to this dealership because it offered a pre-owned vehicle which was desirable to me. The dealership replied to my email where I inquired as to whether or not this vehicle was still available. I received a call from Cortney shortly after my email inquiry, explaining that the vehicle that I was interested in (2015, Ram 2500, w/cap) was still available. I proceeded with my wife Sheryl to see this vehicle. We met with Cortney who introduced us to Louis Avitabile. Lou was pleasant and took his time showing us the aforementioned vehicle. We test drove the vehicle and were impressed with the vehicle overall, but decided on our trip home that we may have some issues with parking this vehicle within our employer's parking garage. I called Lou and asked if he could provide me with quotes for a 2017 Laramie, Big Horn and Rebel. Lou provided us with those leasing options, which made our decision easy... we chose the 2017 Rebel, and very pleased with our decision. Due to the lateness of finalizing our contract, (with no fault of the staff), Lou provided us with a "Reader's Digest" version of what was most important for us to know about the vehicle. Lou offered to show me more about the vehicle at another time convenient for me. To my wife and I this was most refreshing... a dealership with no pressure and catering to our needs. Good Experience with Cortney and Lou Although purchasing through Flemington didn't ultimately work out, I felt a positive review of two of their employees was deserved. I put in an online inquiry for a certified pre-owned Jeep on a Sunday night and was surprised to receive an actual email (not only an auto-reply) from Cortney Callanan that night. Throughout the ensuing days, Cortney was extremely helpful, getting me information on the vehicle, taking additional pictures for me and overall just going above and beyond to address any questions I had since I would be coming from almost an hour away to look at the Jeep. She truly understood the value of my time. Lou Avitabile in Sales was who Cortney matched us up with and Lou was in touch with me throughout the week until we were able to go see the car and once there, he was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful with straight, honest answers and no pressure whatsoever. In the end, timing just wasn't right for us however without hesitation I would recommend Cortney and Lou and would gladly work with them again should the opportunity present itself. They are both a credit to Flemington Jeep. More
