They told me that my defective radio is standard for a jeep I purchased a top-of-the-line jeep from this dealership last year. The a.m. radio never worked properly. There was static popping noises and sounds th I purchased a top-of-the-line jeep from this dealership last year. The a.m. radio never worked properly. There was static popping noises and sounds that made listening impossible. I brought it in to the dealer and they failed to fix it. I brought it in a second time and I was told that that poor quality radio is standard for a jeep and that they would not replace the radio. I explained that the lemon law protects me from this and they said that the lemon law does not cover things like radios. I said the radio is a $70 item -please replace it so I could have a working a.m. radio. They said that the radio is $1400 and that they simply would not replace it because Chrysler would reject the claim. They said that all of the jeeps have similar poor quality radios. I demanded that they replace the radio. They refused. I will go to Lemon law court. More
