I was extremely disappointed with my experience Having had excellent experiences at the Flemington Car and Trick County VW service department, I expected the same from the Chrysler , Jeep service Having had excellent experiences at the Flemington Car and Trick County VW service department, I expected the same from the Chrysler , Jeep service department. I was extremely disappointed with my experience for the following reasons: When the car was dropped off for an 8:30 appointment ( March 18th)for two recalls and an auto-mastic window ,channel and regulator repair /replacement, I was not asked if I need transportation. Despite making the appointment 4 days in advance and several reminders that my appointment was at 8:30, we were not contacted until 12:43 and then only to tell us that there would be a diagnostic charge . The next call was at 3:42 to inform us that car would not be available until next week. I picked up the car on Tuesday on the 22nd, When I was presented with a bill and NO explanation of the repairs and recalls . I was NOT told that one of the recalls involved the replacement of the ignition and that I would have to turn off the motor by using a new procedure. The car was not bought up to the shop , instead I was sent out to the back lot where I had to jockey it to back out of an extremely tight spot I was shocked to find that the car had not been washed,, which has been the norm with the all the dealership that I and my friends have used. I guess the shabby waiting room should have given me a clue that the service was not going to live up to the serviced that I have received for other Flemington County Dealers over the years. Not only will I not use or recommend the Jeep service department, I am changing my mind about buying another Grand Cherokee. As of this date neither my email or phone calls have been returned More
