The time had come. I needed to update my 2000 Chrysler Town and Country. Since I am a Realtor, I needed to have a newer vehicle to use when showing homes to my clients. In November 2010, I used the internet to start the search for a newer van from Chrysler, Honda or Toyota. I always buy used cars but wanted as new a van as I could find within my price limit. I searched for private as well as dealer vehicles. I looked at five or six vehicles. Then I found a possible 2010 Town and Country online at Flemington Chrysler. It was over my budget but I decided to take a look. I called Flemington Chrysler and was put in touch with Tom Mullen. He filled me in on the details and background of the van and I asked for a test drive. An hour later Tom and I drove the car around Flemington. A few days later I contacted Tom again and asked what was the best price that could be offered on the van. I checked with another dealer on the best price they could offer on a different vehicle. I called Tom back an hour later and made an offer on the 2010 Chrysler. He called me back a short while later to say that my offer could be accepted. We agreed that I would pick up the van the next day. My wife drove me over and Tom had everything ready to go. Within an hour we completed the paperwork and I was driving my new van home. All in all it was the easiest car buying experience that I have had. More
