Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. The communication is horrible and the service reps just lie through their teeth about your vehicle and when it will be ready or have ever dealt with. My vehicle was disabled and required towing to get to the dealership. The service advisor did a great job in diagnosing the problems, communicating required repairs and targeted completion. The alignment I sent my wife to get was never done - I called the service department out on it and they admitted as much and assigned another mechanic who did not perform the job correctly either - he did called the service department out on it and they admitted as much and assigned another mechanic who did not perform the job correctly either - he did not adjust the camber, the whole reason for taking it in as I had just replaced the struts - he did not want the other guy's problem (I heard as much) - he said there was a bent part that prohibited but could not identify the part - AND that would not have affected 3 wheels - he was lazy and only wanted to align what he could without removing the wheels. You also had the car in to replace the headlight assembly as part of a recall - I had just put high intensity bulbs in the car to replace the old dim factory originals - you pulled them and put in bulbs that look like they are out of a used car and way worse than the ones I replaced and triedd to charge us - I have the emails. When I asked the service advisor, he stated they simply changed the assembly and used the same bulbs - then why are they no longer the ones I put in and why are we getting email requests for payment. This on top of my wife hearing complaints of how the shop is nothing like the old owner's and feared crooked - shoddy at best. You let my wife leave there and put my family in jeopardy due to the terrible alignment - the mechanic should be fired and the service writer who signed off on as well. Every job going out should be checked - When I went back I will say the service writer then did his best to make me "whole" - but the camber is still not correct and I must either do it myself or bring it elsewhere to have done correctly. Pathetic. More
