Mark Schmaling spent slot of time with us when we took delivery of our Mustang Mach e. He went through all the settings, paired our phones, and explained all the features of the car. While we were waiting for production and then delivery, I emailed him on many occasions to get updates on the status of the order and he always got right back to me. We were also very satisfied with the buying experience at Ditschman Flemington Ford. No games were played and there were no ADMs added to the price. There are too many Ford dealers that play games by adding markups to the sales price of a Mach e, which only serves to turn off prospective buyers. Everyone at Flemington Ford was polite, courteous and professional in the way they treated us through the whole buying and delivery experience.
