Oil change and checkup was great and took about an hour, which is what I expect. Then they offered a car wash and vacuum which I decided I had time for when the rep told me it would be "20 to 30 minutes mo which is what I expect. Then they offered a car wash and vacuum which I decided I had time for when the rep told me it would be "20 to 30 minutes more." Instead, it took 55 minutes (which the rep did apologize for). (I marked Todd Baty as the rep I worked with, but I am not 100% sure it was him.) More
