I had the best customer service experience at Ditschman/Flemington Ford/Lincoln. My family and I were driving from NY to Maryland as part of resettling in Maryland from the Boston area. On the way, advanced trac light came on while on the highway and the exploer lossed power. I was able to get off the highway safely. After contacting Ford Roadside assistance I was having an issue finding a dealer to take the car and possibly look at it within a few days. I contacted Ford Customer Service who explained my situation to Jack Albert the service manager and he set me up with a loaner and a promise to have the car looked the next day. However, 10 minutes after leaving they had already diagnosed the issue as a sensor issue, replaced it, looked over the reat of the car, and then topped off the gas so I could hit to road to get me and my family to Maryland that night. The staff at this dealership is amazing, without a doubt THE BEST service I’ve ever had at a dealer. More

We did our test drive and the paperwork in less than an hour on Friday, which was amazing. They had the car delivered to us with a full tank of gas and everything was perfect on Monday.
