Ordered my 2018 Raptor from Ditschman and have had it serviced there since new. There have been some minor issues with the truck but the service department has always been able to resolve them when I br serviced there since new. There have been some minor issues with the truck but the service department has always been able to resolve them when I brought it in for scheduled maintenance. Only one repair required parts (replacement tracks for the twin panel moonroof), 4 other issues simply required addressing and resetting computer fault codes. At my latest service appointment I brought up an issue that was more serious, involving an engine rattle on cold startup. The problem was diagnosed as faulty cam phasers. Ordered parts came in relatively quickly and the service was performed promptly. Absolutely no knock on Ditschman here, I'm just very wary of major repairs on a relatively new engine. So I will be keeping my eyes open for leaks, ears tuned for abnormal sounds after what I consider to have been "major surgery". If there are future issues related to this problem I'm confident that the service department will stand by their work and rectify any troubles. More

I bought my 2017 Ford Explorer in April.
