Very fast service, very professional. While I’m sure this isn’t out of the kindness of your heart and is because even recall repairs make the service department money, I have never owned a car where open recalls were flagged to me. In fact, my last car (a Jeep) had an open recall that caused the engine to turn off - not only did the service department not reach out to me, they flatly refused to fix it as, despite being an open recall, they couldn’t “reproduce it” in testing. Have bought vehicles at this dealership over 30 years. Sales and service have declined tremendously. Very sad to say I probably will move on from here. Customer service is nothing like it was and at times Sales and service have declined tremendously. Very sad to say I probably will move on from here. Customer service is nothing like it was and at times very condescending and they make you feel that real identifiable issues are not of concern to them and problems you should just live with.
