I started my process working through Costco and that i Had a great buying experience with Tom Santangelo, Jim O'Brien and Jackie from internet sales. I started my process working through Costco and that is how I found this dealership. Jackie set up the appointment for me with Tom and followed up along the way to make sure I was being helped. Once I got to Tom who is very friendly and tried to help me in anyway possible. I even learned a few things that I had no idea about. When we got to the numbers Jim asked what it would take for me to proceed and I wanted a little more for my trade which he thought about and did for me. They were $1000 better on my trade than any of the other dealerships I talked to. Lastly Tom sorted everything out for me, he explained everything about the vehicle and made sure it was ready for me to take home. Tom gave me his personal contact information incase I need anything at all. Fantastic experience I can't say enough good things about my experience and my new Explorer. For starters, there's a "no pressure" vibe at the dealership, so I felt relaxe I can't say enough good things about my experience and my new Explorer. For starters, there's a "no pressure" vibe at the dealership, so I felt relaxed and able to just look for the features that I was interested in without the feeling someone was looking over my shoulder. After I decided on the SUV I wanted, the process of completing the transaction was extremely easy. The sales, finance and management team are clearly pros and took care of translating the contractual jargon into language I could understand, as well as help me navigate the different options between lease/purchase and other warranty add-ons. When the paperwork was done and I took delivery of the vehicle, my salesman, Matt O'Brien, guided me through the different bells and whistles and patiently helped me link my phone to the Ford app like I was at the Apple store "Genius Bar" but without the attitude. We even took another drive so he could show me some of the different driving modes again and ensure I thoroughly understood everything. Even though it was late in the day and I knew he had other things to do, he took the time to help me enter addresses into the nav system. I'd recommend this dealership in a heartbeat, and I'm a huge fan of the Explorer in particular. I've had 2 of them before this one, and after an 8-year hiatus with another brand, I'm so happy to be back behind the wheel of the new model. More
