Considerable time was spent going over the operating details of our new Ford truck. Which, incidentally is a joy to ride. Chris Callahan was attentive and sensitive to our needs, as well. Jacqueline Nawrocki is as professional as they come! She took a process that a competitor struggled with and made it seamless. Great car buying experience I contacted this dealership on a CPO F150. A few days before I was blown off by another dealership. Upon calling I spoke with David and set up an appo I contacted this dealership on a CPO F150. A few days before I was blown off by another dealership. Upon calling I spoke with David and set up an appointment to come see the truck. He was very professional and courteous on the phone so I felt confident making the 1 hour+ drive to check out the truck. He made the experience super easy and answered all of my questions. There was no 3 hour haggling over the price, no bait and switch, no shady dealer tactics - we actually arrived at a deal pretty quickly. Paperwork went relatively quickly and smoothly. I went in with my numbers already in mind and was able to leave with all my expectations met. They never pressured me to buy a bunch of add ons or warranties. I worked with Denis in finance. He was also great at explaining my options, but never pressured or talked down to me like I was making the wrong choice. I also want to add that I bought my truck during the Covid-19 crisis. Denis was awesome sanitizing everything and even offered to do the paperwork outside if I felt more comfortable. Everyone wore masks and seemed to be adhering to guidelines. Being that this was one of the only times I left my house in the past 6 weeks, I felt pretty safe there. Overall, great experience. I would definitely recommend these guys! More

I was searching for a vehicle online due to Covid-19 restrictions and was having a v My experience at Flemington Ford was well above what I expected. I was searching for a vehicle online due to Covid-19 restrictions and was having a very hard time dealing with many dealers. The dealers would not respond to my questions or email me back. Once I came across a vehicle online at Flemington Ford I called and spoke with Nick, the internet sales manager. He got me pricing and info very quickly and I was able to see and test drive the vehicle that day. During my dealings with nick I had some questions and he put me in touch with Mark Schmaling who is the most knowledgeable person, regarding ford trucks, I have found. Mark was able to answer all my questions including questions regarding future upgrades. He sent me information on his off time after I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle. This service is above and beyond. As a Military Officer I respect efficiency and honesty and I feel Flemington Ford and the team, especially Nick and Mark went above and beyond. More
