Would Purchase from Ditschman/Felmington Ford Again I recently had the pleasure of stopping in to Ditschman Felmington Ford to look at a Ford Explorer as as a possible replacement for my wife's Audi Q5. I recently had the pleasure of stopping in to Ditschman Felmington Ford to look at a Ford Explorer as as a possible replacement for my wife's Audi Q5. I was lucky to meet Peter Puglia who is a sales representative there while reviewing a car in the show room and based on Peter's professionalism and product knowledge it ultimalety made the buying experience first rate. We spent the better part of a week working out the details and in the end, my wife and I walked away with a car which my wife enjoys immensely and I have the confidence that i have a dealership which will stand behind me if any questions or issues surface down the road. Likewise, met with Kelly Horvath in the Finance Department who was well prepared for "finalizing" the paperwork and made the process effortless and appreciated her support. Having had other Ford vehicles serviced there, I had the opportunity to meet Chad Scheetz again and look forward to working with him when this vehicle requires service.
