We stopped at dealership to look at some pickup trucks. . specifically the Maverick.. I was not impressed by it at all, but Andrew showed us some used pickups that were in our price range. We brought the pickup in for a few minor adjustments & service was quick to correct everything. It’s been 3 weeks & we couldn’t be happier about our purchase. from the sales staff to the service dept, everyone at this dealership is helpful & professional. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership they damaged my vehicle and lied about it. They sent me a video saying that all of my tires were in good condition and when I got the vehicle back the fro damaged my vehicle and lied about it. They sent me a video saying that all of my tires were in good condition and when I got the vehicle back the front rim and tire were damaged so badly they cannot be fixed. I tried to call Chad 3 times he never answered but sent me texts basically calling me a liar. He sent me pictures of my vehicle that showed no damage but had an area.circled that showed nothing. Further more the issue that the vehicle was there for was not fixed the check engine light came back on after I left the dealership. I have now made an appointment with another Ford dealership to try to get this problem resolved but outside of that issue I am out $1100.00 for a rim and tire. Don’t ever take your vehicle to this dealership it is no longer Flemington Ford which was a reputable company, and Chad Sheetz is a liar. More
