I did call and he set me up with an intelligent and friendly salesman, Peter Puglia, who walked me through the vehicle and test drive. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership, professionalism of the sales team and the family friendly atmosphere overall. Kelly Horvath in the finance division made the paperwork painless and kind of fun. These guys all wear white shirts and ties! A minor glitch with the vehicle was swiftly remedied and they even delivered it to me, some thirty miles away. I have previously purchased thirteen vehicles from a Ford dealer close to my home, but I've found a new home at Ditschman Ford.
