Kelly Horvath in the finance division made the paperwork painless and kind of fun. These guys all wear white shirts and ties! A minor glitch with the vehicle was swiftly remedied and they even delivered it to me, some thirty miles away. I have previously purchased thirteen vehicles from a Ford dealer close to my home, but I've found a new home at Ditschman Ford.
