Although Fiestas are somewhat hard to find (now in their final year on the US market), Nick tracked one down in Pittsburgh. I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who wants a seamless, enjoyable car buying experience. Kelly Horvath in finance was also terrific. She provided useful information on various service agreements with no pressure and got us in and out in no time. All around, an excellent experience! More

Above & Beyond In August of 2018, I travelled from Allentown, PA to look at a 2014 F-150 "Certified Ford" pick up truck. My sales rep, Chris Tommins, was very friend In August of 2018, I travelled from Allentown, PA to look at a 2014 F-150 "Certified Ford" pick up truck. My sales rep, Chris Tommins, was very friendly, knowledgable, and extremely accommodating. The truck was so clean it looked new. I ended up buying it that same evening. It has been a joy to drive and most of my friends thought it was a new truck. Anyway, in October of 2019 I took the truck to a local tire dealer to have the wheels/tires rotated. Upon inspection, the tech discovered a narrow band of dry rot where the sidewall meets the tread on all four tires. We discussed the purchase of new tires and I settled on Cooper All Terrain, which had to be ordered. I knew that there was no warranty on the tires, but I called Ditchman Ford just to let them know what happened. I spoke to Pete Chicarelli, the used car manager, and he was genuinely disappointed. This was on a Friday night when the dealership was very busy. Pete was very apologetic about being so busy, but told me he would look into this situation and call me the following Monday or Tuesday (Yeah, sure!) At about 11:00 on Monday morning he called me (what a pleasant surprise) to tell me that the dealership decided to pay for two of the tires, even though we both knew that they had no obligation to do so. I had the tires installed ($737.52), sent a copy of the invoice to Pete, and about 10 days later I received their check for half the cost of the tires as he promised. I have to say, I was totally blown away by this experience!! We all know what usually would happen with a situation like this...nothing. This experience showed me that there are still some caring and reliable people in this world. I am just sorry I live so far away from this dealership, preventing me from getting service work or another vehicle. KUDOS! Bill Whittaker More
