I have walked away from deals, at signing, because they did not disclose all the pricing upfront, after being asked, and tried to add in extra fees at the end. We were searching for a car for our 17-year-old son and spent a fair amount of time searching online and visiting a few different dealerships. Working with Andrew and Kelly at Ditschman has, by far, been the best experience I have ever had. They were honest, upfront, professional, fair and a pleasure to work with. We did not feel any pressure and went in thinking about purchasing an explorer and then after looking on the internet we decided to switch to a lincoln suv and started process again. Joe Chester, Chris Messina and Ali Schulman and the Ford Team were gracious and went out of their way to make sure we found the car we wanted. Also I want to mention Emilio Gonzalez who has serviced many of our cars and is always so helpful, friendly and personable and helped with the trade-in of our old car. I have searched around within a hundred-mile radius for all comparable brands/models as well as pursued purchasing my vehicle on-line. To date, nothing, nor no-one has come close to the level of satisfaction I feel and the level of service I receive at Ditschman Lincoln. Each time we purchased our vehicles from Mark Schmaling and financing with Chris Callahan. I have never felt pressured, yet have always been provided with the full range of details for decision-making. I have also enjoyed pulling from their wealth of knowledge about the vehicle, the brand and the market. On the service end, I have also had excellent experiences with their staff as well. They pick-up my car going in for service and deliver my loaner as well as the reverse when my car is done, always to my satisfaction. Each and every person I have interacted with at this establishment has always been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, competent and willing to go above and beyond. Needless to say, I am and will continue to be a repeat customer, time and time again. How often is it that your salesman and finance manager are still with the company ten or twenty-five years later?! P.S.
