Fred has to be one of the best sales associates i've ever encountered, very knowledgeable and informative, and not one of those salesmen that harasses you and calls you the second you leave the lot or blows up your phone with emails and messages. He was super friendly and more than helpful when it came to making my purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! While sitting at his desk, I noticed Fred had earned a lot of awards and its obvious why, he's definitely one of the best, if not THEE best person here! Everyone at Ditschman was five star: Fred, Jim, Jerry, Tony, Christian, and Chris- all really great people that made me feel like i was in good hands. Everyone was very efficient, no bulls**t or beating around the bush- I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ditschman was one of two dealers within a one hour drive of Mount Laurel that had one in blue. End Was searching for an Expedition that was not black. Ditschman was one of two dealers within a one hour drive of Mount Laurel that had one in blue. Ended up here due to differences in options on vehicle. The XLT is a good value vs the Limited when properly optioned. Mike was thorough and explained all options, incentives, and walked us through use of all features upon delivery. Financing was painless and while additional items were explained and offered (paint protection, extended warranty), there was no hard sell. Thanks! More

Over and Above My wife and I drove over 2 hours to buy our 2013 Ford F-150 at this dealership due to the salesman taking his time to go over every option over the ph My wife and I drove over 2 hours to buy our 2013 Ford F-150 at this dealership due to the salesman taking his time to go over every option over the phone making sure we were all on the same page including an accurate value of our trade in before we made the drive. When we arrived, we were greeted like family. The truck was exactly as advertised and our trade in was valued no different then what we had tentatively agreed on . Fast forward 5 years and we noticed one of the options had been overlooked. We called and left a message and received a call back within a day. After a brief conversation, it was agreed that there was an oversight and Peter and Chris made things right. This is a solid dealership! More

Jim however took the time to search inventory and found a car with that feature. The car was more than I initially wanted to spend but I saw the value in the additional features that were not on my list. Chris had the paperwork ready, described the extra without pressure. A please experience. He even laughed at my jokes! Tom was excellent throughout the process, a "soft sell," was appreciated. Tom has me try the upgraded car, I was sold. Pickup was easy and Tom helped me turn in my prior leased car to Mercedes Benz. Delivery of my new Lincoln was perfect and the young man Chris, was patient with me as he when through the options.
