Really great experience By far the was my best experience out of any car dealership I have ever gone to. After shopping for a while for a Fusion, I saw one at Ditschman/Flemi By far the was my best experience out of any car dealership I have ever gone to. After shopping for a while for a Fusion, I saw one at Ditschman/Flemington Ford, after having gone to numerous other dealers I really was not expecting much, as I do not like feeling pressured into something, especially a commitment of a car payment if it is not exactly what I want. Lauren was the first interaction, internet sales, she responded quickly and with a lot of information about the car I inquired about which was awesome. So I decided to make an appointment being I knew what I wanted. Lauren set me up an appointment with Ray, who didn't mind staying a little bit late because I did finish work until 7:30pm (they close at 8, so I didn't get there until close to 8). I cannot say enough good about Ray. Immediately I felt at ease, he's very personable & very knowledgeable. Unlike many I have dealt with he was able to answer any questions I had on the spot, not once was "I have to get back to you on that" said, which was so refreshing. I did not realize how hard it was to find a dealer that knows their business, and not pushy and overbearing like so many seem to be. After talking and taking a test drive I decided to go with the car I really knew I wanted before even getting there. Finally to sign the papers I saw Denis, went through all of the financial details thoroughly and did not push anything that I did not need, was not pushy at all, just welcoming and very helpful and knowledgeable. Before getting in Ray went over every option the car has, and there are a lot more than I realized, which was awesome cause I'd still be discovering them. All in all, if you are in or around Flemington this is the place to go. They've got gorgeous Lincolns and Fords, preowned that look, drive, and smell like new and the prices are hard to beat. As well as the friendliest staff I have encountered. One last note, the other thing that I really liked is that the car I bought was originally sold there, and all of it's maintenance was done there as well. More

He showed us 2 Escapes and we took one for a extended test ride, which gave us plenty of time to evaluate the vehicle. Chris was great, no pressure and no 'fuss or muss'. He gave me his offer, I made mine, his manager made his, again i made mine we came to a mutual agreement, shook hands, deal done!
