Disappointed in the service from Ciocca Ford of Flemington. My once time GO TO Ford dealer I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided by Flemin Flemington. I have always given 5 star reviews as well as complimented staff on social media. On May 15 2024 I dropped off my 2021 F150 for service regarding a transmission concern. At that time I had 59,600 miles on the vehicle. Later that day I was notified that the Service Manager recommended I get the 60,000 mile service performed I will admit that I did not ask what this included (my bad) however I assumed that Ford's scheduled 60,000 mile service described in the owner's manual (replacing the engine air filter, cabin air filter, spark plugs and various system inspections) was what I was getting. The transmission repair was covered under the warranty and the only cost would be the additional 60,000 mile service I agreed to. The invoice total was $679.07 Two weeks later I dropped the truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. The multipoint inspection sent to me indicated I needed the air filter replaced. I was shocked to no filters were replaced during the service performed two week prior. When I reviewed the invoice for the 60,000 mile service the only parts listed were 6 spark plugs and some dielectric grease. When I called the Service Dept to ask what was going on I was told the 60,000 mile service only included changing spark plugs. After speaking with the Service Manager and asking him if he thought $679.07 for replacing spark plugs was excessive he told me: "Walmart prices are going up too and you still shop there". In the past I have never thought twice about paying premium costs for service knowing that my vehicle was being cared for by highly trained technicians and I was receiving the highest quality customer service. I always thought Flemington Ford was the best Ford dealer for miles around and always promoted the dealership with friends and colleagues. After this experience you can be assured I will never use Flem Ford again. More

Ciocca is a family friendly, comfortable place to shop. Starting with the reception, free coffee, free water, awesome A/C, exceptionally clean rest rooms, I felt like I was in a hotel. I live in Verona. I drive to Flemington, past about 10 Ford dealerships, to shop at Ciocca Ford. I have been in the engineering and construction business for 25 years. I have been to every Ford dealership north of I-195, especially all the Commercial / Truck dealers. The Sales staff is very patient, kind, and jovial. They are not pushy, nor rude, nor high pressure. They listen to all of the needs of the customer. Kevin C was an exceptional Ford Truck salesman, and his extensive knowledge and feedback about Ford Trucks was a HUGE help getting the correct truck for my commercial business needs. The Service department is *exceptional*. Jessica R is kind and patient with my urgent requests for service or help with my various Ford Trucks. She has gone out of her way to help me resolve complex issues with older trucks and modern commercial regulations. Manager Mike D should be commended for his exceptional service and help when all other Ford dealers in central / northern NJ were unable or unwilling to touch my complex problem. He bent over backwards, seriously, to fix a complication emissions issue with an old truck. The Parts department is always helping me out, last minute, to get the parts I need when something breaks. I have sourced parts from Ciocca Ford, that other Ford dealerships told me did NOT exist. And Ciocca has ALWAYS delivered the parts I needed, even ordered heavy / rare parts on a short schedule. Their Parts Department is exceptional. There IS NO better Ford Truck dealer in northern or central NJ. I do not do business with any other Ford Truck dealers. I have horror stories from a dealer that sold me a Police Truck used, without disclosure. Come shop at Ciocca Ford, and they will treat you with respect and patience. Their staff is THE BEST I have ever found, at ANY car or truck dealership. More
