He is not a pushy guy, but very patient and personable and made us feel right at home and we are very thankful for that. We then went over to Denis O'Brien to go over and sign all the necessary paperwork which Denis explained thoroughly to us before signing. He is very pleasant and took his time telling us everything we needed to know. Thank you so much Denis! The truck was all ready for pickup, cleaned and detailed nicely and looked great. They even called our insurance company and took care of the transfer of the truck as well as securing the new plates. Thank you also to Pete Chicarelli for overseeing all of this as well.
