Our latest purchase of a 2018 Ford Escape was a very pleasant experience to say the least. We were pleased to be able to deal with Jerry Sheehan who is the Vice President of the organization. He coordinated the sale with our salesman Joe Chester. We were lucky to get Joe to guide us through the phases of the purchase. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He also took the time to explain the myriad of features that comes with the vehicle. Tony Kwak completed the process by walking us through the paperwork that accompanies vehicle purchase. I also want to mention, I am in sales, and I'm rather particular and critical of other sales people. This being said, I cannot speak highly enough of everyone I encountered. It truly is a team effort. I left feeling completely taken care of. From my inital 20 minute lunch break browse through to me driving my certified used vehcle off the lot, everyone I encountered was personable, friendly, helpful, educational and patient. My salesperson Andrew Seipel was excellent! He listened to my list of needs, understood my concerns and streamlined my search. I actually bought the first vehicle he showed me. Andrew was personable and friendly which also helped ease my first time buying anxiety. At no point did I feel pressured by him or anyone there to purchase, which is a huge deal for me! Andrew walked me through the entire process and thoroughly went over the vehichle and all its features. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with a few other gentlemen. First, was Pete Chicarelli, the Manager for the Pre-Owned/Certified department. Pete made quite the impression right off the bat. He shook my hand after our intial interaction and said "we hope we can earn your business." I couldnt help but think, wow, that is a bold statement. As this process unfolded I understood just how serious he was about that. This dealership does a phenomenal job at what they do! They have a top notch team! Speaking of top notch, next up I met Chris Messina. Chris is the New Car Sales Manager. Although Chris works in the new car department, he took the time to chat with me and sincerely offered to help with any questions/concerns I may have. Again, the level of customer service across the board is off the charts! If you are in the market for a new car, go see Chris! The last gentleman I had the pleasure of working with was Chris Callahan. Chris is the Business Manager. I had no idea about all the paperwork that was involved with purchasing a vehicle. Its a bit overwhelming, however, Chris was very thorough and patient which minimized my stress. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions. Have I mentioned the EXCELLENT customer service? From 3 months experince to 25+ years, every one of these gentlemen had the same customer service centered professionalism with a personal touch. Ditschman is EXCELLENT because they hire, invest into and train EXCELLENT people. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and of course my certified pre-owned 2016 Ford Escape. Another Fantastic Lease Experience with the Ditschman Team I have proudly been dealing with the Ditschman Team for over six years as my lease came due on my 2015 Lincoln MKT recently. I wanted to lease a new I have proudly been dealing with the Ditschman Team for over six years as my lease came due on my 2015 Lincoln MKT recently. I wanted to lease a new Lincoln fror 39 months and knew that this team would satisfy me in all my needs. Bryann Morninghoff contacted me while I still had three months left on my 2015 lease to determine what I wanted to do at lease end. We immediately talked about a new lease for a Lincoln and I suggested that I wanted a brand new 2019 Nautilus. Bryann spring into action and sent me three or four car "stickers" that she thought would interest me. In fact, the second sticker I saw was the car I know was for me. After deciding on this car, a subsequent phone call "sealed the deal" and I just needed to get the paperwork and final figures as the new car ws to be delivered to me at my residence and my prior 2015 MKT was going to be picked up all at the same time. Tony Kwak on the finance side of the team called me and in a quick phone call, we nailed all the numbers so the car could be delivered. Peter Puglia was the "delivery" part of the team and did an excellent job of bringing me the new car, getting all the ;paperwork signed with his exceptional skills of explaining to me everything I needed to know about the new lease contract, etc. Peter also did a great job of sitting with me in my new 2019 vehicle and explaining everything to me where some features were new and others the same as my former MKT. WHen Peter left my home with my :turned in: vehcle, I knew all that there was to know about my new Nautilus!! I also was very happy to hear from Nick Tolomeo who actuially manages this team today as Nick leased and delivered my 2015 MKT to me as this team did with my new vehicle. So, to conclude, it was like "old home week: for me as I turmed in my old vehicle and got put behind the wheel of my new vehicle very fast, expertly and comfortably for sure. I can't thank Bryann, Tomny, Peter and, of course Nick for such a smooth "ride" treasitioning from one vehicle to another. I will definitely look forward to my next lease with the Ditschman team in another 39 months!!! More
