Found My New Ford Home People listen.... After searching around many dealerships in Monmouth, Mercer and Ocean County's I saw a nice 2019 F-350 Super duty online at Ditschma People listen.... After searching around many dealerships in Monmouth, Mercer and Ocean County's I saw a nice 2019 F-350 Super duty online at Ditschman Ford. I called up there with Lauren taking my call .She was very pleasant and set my appointment. I arrived the next day and met Lauren and Tom Santangelo from sales. They made the vehicle I had interest in available, ready to go. (Note: not like previous other dealers I've been at ,where after searching the entire dealer lot, the truck I came there for really wasn't there at all, ....Or after locating said truck ,they couldn't find the Keys....yup..Not Kidding ). After sitting and chatting with Tom he was also a" very real person " who projected his concerns for me to be happy with my next truck, and I could tell he didn't have that canned up pushy" stick it to you sales garbage pitch" like other dealership sales people I visited in the past. Tom was patient and answered all my questions with heartfelt concern projecting that I should be satisfied with my purchase. I did my test drive and came back and had coffee with Tom. We came to an agreement on price, and I met with Chris Callahan from Finance. Chris got me the loan term and percentage I even ask for. Chris was very professional and didn't waste my time, and never tried to push junk on me that I didn't need. Very refreshing ! I even met the VP of the company Jerry Sheenan who came by and introduced himself and made sure that all my needs were being actually addressed and I was getting a good value. What a great Guy ! Well I got my truck and I really like it. This dealership is the best Ford family owned truck place I ever dealt with, and this is my third Ford truck. Other dealerships should take a page out of Ditschman Fords playbook and learn something. " If you hate sitting all day at a sales desk waiting,for an answer about a car or truck from a rude salesman, and then getting the Wrong answer... STOP.... Call Tom Santangelo at Ditschman Ford. They have got to be the Best Ford dealership in New Jersey...Hands down. More
