Our experience with Ciocca Ford Lincoln was excellent from the beginning to the end! Our first contact was with Jameel Copeland who scheduled our appointment to come see the vehicle and kept in touch. On from the beginning to the end! Once we arrived ( one hour drive) everyone was extremely professional, personable, friendly, polite and beyond accommodating. We were greeted by the receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) followed by Sales Manager Pete Chicarelli. Fred Kress was our sales associate and answered all our questions about the vehicle and had the vehicle ready to go for us to test drive. Michael Barone took his time and explained everything we asked, to complete our sale smoothly. Both Fred and Michael went went way above and beyond what they had to to take care of everything that evening ( including staying late past closing) to accommodate us not having to travel back the next day.
