Today, Chris and his colleague, Peter Puglia, worked together to put us into a new Ford Edge. They gave us the opportunity to test drive two vehicles that matched our request. Chris and Peter assessed our trade in, determined its value, and developed several plans for us to consider for financing our purchase. Peter was then able to spend a lot of time with us to compete the paperwork to make it happen. Tony Kwan, from the finance department, thoroughly explained our choice and then each document that we had to approve/sign to complete the transaction. Peter handed us the keys and the other necessary documents before he took us out to the new car. He sat with us and explained the features in the car. Before we left, Peter offered his assistance at any time-- both he and Chris are readily available to help. All in all, another excellent Ditschman experience. More
