great service but I DID NOT appreciate the calls prior, to "aggressively" (your words) sell me a new vehicle. The implication with these calls/messages is that they were important in some way related to t to "aggressively" (your words) sell me a new vehicle. The implication with these calls/messages is that they were important in some way related to the service appointment, so I had to speak to the party. Instead I got a sales call, This isn't very classy. Never happened before Ciocca took over. It doesn't make you look good to try and slide a sales pitch into communications about a service appointment. I don't want a sales pitch with my oil change and it's one of those things that might tip the scales in making me decide to go someplace else that is simply happy to sell maintenance. More
